of the comedies (Second Man, Brief Moment,
Biography, Rain From Heaven, End of Summer,
No Time for Comedy, Talley Method, But for
Whom Charlie) through an "objective" examination of
language, plot, character, and theme. Lead him to the
conclusion that although Behrman's comedies are "not great
plays, they are good entertainment." |
